After completing a BSc in Microbiology (First Class Honors) at UWI Mona and working in the field of Environmental Health and Safety, Rachel is pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Data Science. She placed nationally in Jamaica for her performance in Mathematics, Physics, and Economics. With five years of tutoring experience, Rachel enjoys sharing knowledge, facilitating understanding, and helping others reach their potential.
Rachel is passionate about environmental conservation and has served on the executive board of the Jamaica Climate Change Youth Council as Technical Officer of Science, Research and Advocacy, as well as part of the Outreach and Advocacy Committee.
Outside of academics, Rachel is a lover of music and art. She loves to draw, crochet, and play guitar, and plays violin in the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts Community Orchestra.
